We purchased a commercial dishwasher from Resco for $2,600, under the impression it was brand new. After just six months, the unit began malfunctioning, and we've faced significant challenges in obtaining support from the company. Recently, we discovered that the dishwasher was previously used, despite being sold to us as new. This misrepresentation has left us with no choice but to file a claim with American Express. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability from Resco. [Update] Following my initial review, Josh from Resco reached out after reading about our experience. It turns out that our salesperson never escalated the situation to management, and the leadership team had been unaware of the issue. Once Josh got involved, things changed quickly. He offered multiple solutions, and we ultimately agreed on a full refund and return of the merchandise. Their team came to pick up the damaged dishwasher, and my Amex has now been fully refunded. While our original experience was disappointing and avoidable, I appreciate that once the right people were informed, they acted with urgency and integrity to make it right. Thank you, Josh, for stepping in and resolving this fairly.

I have been shopping here for restaurant, bar & home purchases for almost 20 years. Ovens, fridges, coolers, sandwich tables, blenders, juicers, garbage cans, pans, glassware, they have a great variety. The staff are great, Paul is a great, knowledgeable sales person. I have had a couple issues with newer appliances and getting them fixed or traded in under warranty has been no problem. Thanks to Paul and Josh as well for taking care of these issues. Sure, you can go shop at other places but you can't beat the level of service you get here. This place is great.
